Phone Tree Hell

This game was inspired by the hours every month that I have to spend on the phone organizing and managing my medical care. The phone tree is a simple bureaucratic sorting system designed to route callers to the correct person, office, or service, but it often becomes a complicated and time-consuming task. Most people are familiar with this system, as it is used ubiquitously throughout service-based industries.  I wanted to make something to point out the aggravation, as well as the humor of some of this system's failings.
